Dive into this refreshing Skinny Mango Margarita for the ultimate guilt-free happy hour escape!

Made without sugary mixes or fake syrups, this Skinny Mango Margarita recipe uses real mangoes and will have you coming back for more.

Healthy Mango Margarita

When the summer heat hits, my girlfriends and I head to my pool to mix up some tequila cocktails, and this past summer, this skinny mango Margarita was one of the most requested -after this skinny blackberry Margarita recipe.

While fruit syrup concentrates are convenient, they're also high in sugars and calories. This cocktail is made with fresh (or frozen) mangoes and has only 105 calories, which is 295 calories less than a frozen mango margarita.

Ingredients

You can make this cocktail with fresh or frozen mango; just be sure to thaw it before using. You'll also need water to blend up the mango, tequila, and lime juice (freshly squeezed is best). Want extra sweetness? Use your favorite zero-calorie sweetener.

How to Make a Skinny Mango Margarita

  1. Blend mango and water in the blender until you get a nice and smooth puree.
  2. Combine your mango puree and additional ingredients in the cocktail shaker, and shake until the sides are frosted.
  3. Strain your shaken mixture and garnish with cubed mangoes or fresh mint for added flavor. Enjoy!

I had lots of mangos, so I thought I give this recipe a try. Never tried making a mango puree but it was surprisingly easy. And the margarita was PERFECT!
