Make this skinny blackberry Margarita for a refreshing, low-calorie fruity cocktail that makes happy hour delish.

Low-Calorie Blackberry Margarita
After a hectic week of shuttling the kids to school and sports practice, I like to unwind with a good Classic Margarita or a Low-Calorie Margarita, which is just as refreshing.
If I'm in the mood for something fruity, this low-calorie Blackberry Margarita hits the spot. I also love the light blackberry flavor and the hint of bubbly from the sparkling water; which makes it good to the last sip!
Ingredients
You can make this drink with fresh or frozen blackberries (if you are using frozen, thaw them first). You'll also need a calorie-free sweetener such as stevia, Truvia, Monk fruit, or Erythritol; tequila, triple sec, or Cointreau; freshly squeezed lime juice; and, optionally, sparkling water to top it off and make a taller drink.
How to Make a Skinny Blackberry Margarita
- Prep the glass if you enjoy a sugar or salted rim.
- Muddle the blackberries and stevia in the cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake, shake, shake!
- Strain shaken mixture into the glass, leaving room for the bubbly finish. Garnish with fresh blackberries or skewer a few blackberries on a cocktail pick for an elevated look.

Skinny Blackberry Margarita (So Easy!)

Ingredients
- 6 Blackberries
- 4 teaspoons calorie-free sweetener, Stevia, Truvia, or Erythritol
- 3 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce triple sec or Cointreau
- 2 ounces lime juice
- Sparkling water (optional), to top off
- Salt, optional for rimming
Instructions
Prep:
- If you enjoy a salted glass, prep the rim of your glasses by rubbing a lime wedge along the rim. Dip in tequila salt, and set aside.
Make the marg:
- Place the blackberries and the granulated zero-calorie sweetener inside a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to smash them until all the berries have released all their juices and it resembles a purple paste.
- Add the tequila, triple sec or Cointreau, lime juice, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously until the sides are fully frosted.
Serve:
- Fill the two prepared glasses with ice. Strain the blackberry margarita through the strainer and divide it into the prepared glasses.
- Top off with sparkling water, to make it a taller cocktail. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and lime wedge.
