Shake things up with this delicious Peach Margarita recipe that tastes like summertime in every sip.

Fresh Peach Margarita
Every summer, my mother-in-law picks up boxes of peaches from a roadside stand to make her famous peach jam. She always sends a few jars of it along with several pounds of juicy ripe peaches, which I immediately turn a couple into this fresh peach Margarita.
It's sweet, light, and so smooth that your glass will be empty in no time. Oh! And if we have fresh raspberries, then I make this Raspberry Peach Margarita -another summertime winner.
Ingredients
The measurements for this Peach Margarita recipe will be in the recipe card below; but before you make substitutions, here is why each ingredient is needed:
- Peaches: medium peach (peeled) for the margarita mixture and extra peach slices for garnish. ⅓ cup of peach juice can be used instead. The thick juice is sold in a glass jar at the grocery.
- Honey: or simple syrup. Optional for added sweetness, but I find that it's not needed if your peaches are really ripe.
- Blanco or Silver Tequila: use your favorite brand of Blanco or Silver.
- Cointreau or Triple Sec: these orange-flavored liquor that's a staple in Margaritas.
- Lime juice: freshly squeezed is best.
- Garnishes: raspberries, mint leaves, salt or Tajin if you want to make it spicy.

How to Make a Peach Margarita
Simple to make and the perfect cocktail for any occasion, you'll see that making this peach margarita is a breeze! Here is how:
- Prep the Glass
If you like a salted rim, prep your glass first so your drink is ready to enjoy after making it. For a spicy twist, try rimming with Tajin. - Make the cocktail
Blend chopped peaches until smooth, or muddle in a cocktail shaker with a pestle for a chunkier peach puree. Shake well until sides of the shaker is frosted. - Serve & Garnish
Add fresh ice to your glass! I like garnishing this cocktail with fresh fruit like raspberries and mint for a fragrant finish. Enjoy!
Can You Use Peach Juice for Margaritas?
You can make this peach margarita recipe using fresh peaches or swap them for ⅓ of a cup of peach juice for each cocktail.

Using Frozen Peaches
Use ⅓ cup of frozen peaches per drink, mixed with a little water to make peach puree in a blender for this cocktail.
How to Serve Peach Margaritas
I like these without anything on my rim but if you like a rimmed glass, use sugar, salt, or Tajin seasoning for a bit of added spice. Then add extra peach slices, raspberries, or a spring of mint for a sweet, fragrant finish. Need another drink to round out your summer party? Try this gorgeous Red, White & Blue Margarita recipe!
