If you love a good refreshing cocktail with tequila, you'll love the simple mix of raspberries and peach in this drink. The best part: I show you how to make it with fresh fruit or frozen!

Fun Cocktail with Peaches & Raspberries
You know what I love about cocktails like this one? They're fun to make and delicious to sip on. It also feels fancy that I mixed two fruits, peaches and raspberries, to make it!
Don't get me wrong, I love a good Classic Margarita with all its citrusy tang, but there's something so velvety delicious about a Peach Margarita that gives me summer vibes all year long.
When I have fresh, ripe peaches and raspberries, you better believe I make this cocktail, and if not, I grab the frozen fruit I have in the freezer for smoothies for this cocktail because they, too, get the job done!
Ingredients
Thinking of making this raspberry peach margarita for happy hour or brunch? You'll need these ingredients:
- Peach: ½ a peach per cocktail is all you need; the riper the peach, the sweeter.
- Raspberries: pairs perfectly with the peaches, especially if you love a raspberry margarita.
- Honey: or simple syrup, which is optional for added sweetness.
- Blanco or Silver Tequila: use your favorite brand.
- Cointreau or Triple Sec: you only need one of these orange-flavored liquors, which is a staple in margarita recipes.
- Lime juice: freshly squeezed is best.
- Mint leaves: optional for garnish. Wash before use.
Can I Use Frozen Fruit for this Margarita?
Yes! You can use frozen sliced peaches and frozen raspberries to make this cocktail. You'll need to thaw them first under warm running water so you can puree them and make the base for this raspberry peach margarita.
Best Tequila for this Fruit Margarita
When making fruity margaritas, I recommend using Silver or Blanco tequila. Since it's mixed with fruit you won't be able to taste the rich notes of a good reposado tequila. Some affordable and easy-to-find tequilas are Espolón Blanco Tequila and Patrón Silver Tequila.
How to Make a Raspberry Peach Margarita
To make this margarita, you'll need to combine the raspberries and peach slices. I explain how in the steps below:
- Make the fruity base
You can blend the raspberries and peach slices in a blender into a paste or use a pestle and mash them up inside a cocktail shaker. - Make the cocktail
Combine the raspberry and peach mixture and the cocktail ingredients inside a shaker. Add ice and shake well to make the cocktail. - Strain
Use a cocktail strainer to pour the drink into an ice-filled glass. - Garnish
Garnish with peach slices, extra raspberries, and mint leaves.

How to Serve this Cocktail
You can get as fancy or simple as you like with this cocktail. Since it's a short cocktail, I use a lowball glass or a short beveled glass like the ones in the photos. I like to add a few peach slices and extra raspberries into the cocktail and then enjoy them after they've soaked up the margarita's flavors.
