Holiday Punch with Tequila
This tequila Christmas punch has become so popular among my friends and family that I'm often asked to bring it to all holiday parties, along with my famous Christmas shots and my white margarita. It always gets me out of being the party bartender!
Ingredients
You'll need cranberry juice (be sure to use juice, not bottled concentrate), Sprite for a pop of fizzy refreshment, grenadine, tequila, and orange slices. I like to garnish this punch with cranberries, but you can also add pomegranate seeds, grapefruit, lemon, or strawberries.
How to Make Tequila Christmas Punch
- Combine the cranberry juice, Sprite, grenadine, and tequila in a punch bowl.
- Add orange slices and cranberries.
- Serve the punch in a glass bowl with a ladle, and an ice bucket for guests who prefer their drinks chilled. Adding ice to the punch bowl will dilute the flavors.

Tequila Christmas Punch
Ingredients
- 64 ounces cranberry juice, 1 bottle
- 2 liters Sprite
- ¼ cup grenadine, optional
- 750 ml bottle, 3 cups tequila, blanco
- 2 oranges, sliced
- Cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
Make ahead:
- If your punch bowl is too large to fit in the fridge, refrigerate the cranberry juice, and tequila. This way, when you add them to the punch bowl, they're already chilled. For extra boozy orange slices, place the orange slices and the tequila in a bowl or pitcher. Let them soak in the tequila until you add them to the punch bowl.
Make the punch:
- Pour the cranberry juice, Sprite, grenadine, and tequila into the punch bowl and stir to combine. Add the orange slices and cranberries, if using for garnish.
Serve:
- Place an ice bucket next to the bunch bowl. Adding ice to the punch bowl will dilute the punch.
- Fill a cup with ice and ladle the boozy punch into the cups.
