This candy cane Margarita combines refreshing lime and cool peppermint candy for one merry happy hour celebration!

Peppermint Margarita
During the holiday season, I love going all out with my holiday cocktail recipes! This year, I'm mixing things up with this candy cane Margarita because nothing screams holiday cheer more than cool peppermint mixed with the classic margarita flavors we all love! One sip, and you'll be hooked!
Ingredients
For this festive cocktail, you'll need tequila, triple sec or Cointreau, lime juice (freshly squeezed is the best), simple syrup for an additional touch of sweetness, grenadine, ice, and crushed candy canes for rimming.
How to Make a Candy Cane Margarita
- Crush the candy canes in a zip bag with a rolling pin or blend them for a finer texture.
- Rim the glass with water or a lime wedge, then swirl it in the crushed candy.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add a little more ice if needed to adjust the thickness of the margarita.
- Serve into the prepared glasses, garnishing with cinnamon sticks, cranberries, or dried orange slices if desired.
