This pink lemonade and tequila cocktail is a simple one that combines the classic sweet and sour flavors of your favorite lemonade!

Pink Lemonade Cocktail with Tequila
For me, pink lemonade is the ultimate nostalgic summertime drink; and when I make a pitcher of it for my family, I know I'll have it on hand to have a delicious happy hour adult cocktail later.
Just like the classic Tequila and Lemonade recipe and my Blue Hawaiian Margarita, this pink lemonade and tequila is the perfect boozy adult combo that's super refreshing and it makes a pretty summertime drink.
Pink Lemonade vs Classic Lemonade
While both types of lemonade have the same deliciously sweet and sour flavor, what makes them different is their color and often the flavor. Pink lemonade can be the classic lemonade with added pink food coloring or turned pink by adding flavors like cherry, raspberry, or strawberry.
What You Need
I love cocktails that are exactly what the name says: pink lemonade & tequila! And when these ingredients pair together... you get an epic summertime drink! Here's what you need:
- Tequila: use your favorite brand of blanco or silver.
- Pink Lemonade: homemade is great, but store-bought works just as well!
- Ice: because no one enjoys warm lemonade.
- Lemon slices and raspberries: to add more flavor to the mixture.
- Mint: optional for added garnish.
How to Make a Pink Lemonade Margarita
The detailed steps for making this Pink Lemonade and Tequila Cocktail are written in detail in the recipe card; here are some additional tips in each to ensure the best drink:
- Make the Cocktail
To a tall glass with ice. Combine tequila and pink lemonade together, give the mixture a good stir to ensure ingredients are mixed together well. - Garnish & Enjoy
To the glass, add in lemon slices and handful of raspberries. Garnish with another lemon wedge or mint, or add both for the best of both garnish worlds. Enjoy!

How to Serve Pink Lemonade & Tequila
In a tall glass with plenty of ice is the best way to serve this pink lemonade and tequila cocktail. Fancy it up with added lemon slices and fresh raspberries, either in the glass or skewered through a cocktail pick for added fanciness. What to Serve with Pink Lemonade Cocktail
While testing out this recipe over the weekend with some friends, I paired this drink with my Hawaiian Pork Tacos with Pineapple and homemade Chunky Avocado Salsa. After I saw how fast the food and drinks went down, it's needless to say they were both crowd-pleasing winners.
