Light, ultra-refreshing, and its citrusy flavor make this Frozen Skinny Margarita recipe a happy hour winner! And with just 160 calories -nearly all from the alcohol, it's a keeper!

Low-Calorie Frozen Skinny Margarita Recipe
In the summer heat, my friends and I take happy hour to the backyard, where we chill by the pool with our kids, and last summer, I made this Skinny Frozen Margarita recipe on repeat -no joke, I kept the blender outside! It's a lighter version of my classic skinny margarita, and it is BEYOND good.
They say they come back for the company, but I think they return for my delicious tacos and epic pitcher-sized tequila drinks. Other summer favs include tequila lemonade and my famous Tequila Sangria recipes.
Ingredients
You'll need tequila, triple sec or Cointreau, lime juice (freshly squeezed is best), and a sugar-free cocktail syrup or zero-calorie sweetener. To reduce calories even more, swap the triple sec or Cointreau with the same amount of orange juice, going from 160 to 115 calories per serving.
How to Make a Frozen Skinny Margarita
- Rim the glasses with salt or zero-calorie sugar if that's your jam.
- Blend all the ingredients with ice in the blender until smooth.
- Serve the frozen margaritas and garnish the glasses with lime wedges. If you want to spice it up, add a slice or two of jalapeño on top!
