With just 3 ingredients you can make an incredible cocktail with blood orange juice, real quick!

Easy Cocktail with Blood Orange Juice
I once bought a 5-pound bag of blood oranges at Costco, and by the time I realized it, I was already home and committed. The next few happy hours became dedicated to using them up in a cocktail with blood orange juice.
Whether blood oranges, when in season, are your jam or you buy the juice at the store, you'll love this cocktail, my blood orange margarita, or a lighter version: the skinny blood orange margarita.
How to Make a Blood Orange Cocktail
This one is stirred, not shaken, so you'll just fill a glass with ice, measure and pour the tequila and the blood orange juice in equal parts. Then, top it off with a fizzy sparkling water, like Topo Chico, and this cocktail is a done deal.
Garnishes and Serving Tips
I like to pair my fruity cocktails with a garnish in the same flavor profile, so in this case, a blood orange slice. What's great is that if it falls in the glass and sits there a while, you'll have a boozy slice at the end.
What to Serve with This Cocktail
Cocktails this good are meant to be paired with chips, some restaurant-style salsa, and perhaps some spicy guacamole to balance out the sweetness. Hungry? Make these Mexican Chicken Tacos, Tequila Lime Pulled Pork Tacos, or these Chicken Thigh Tacos.
