My friend Sarah is a huge fan of PSLs (pumpkin spice lattes), so last year, she asked me to make her a Pumpkin Spice Margarita as soon as October rolled around. It became so popular with our friends that I also turned it into this Skinny no-sugar pumpkin Margarita filled with all the fall flavors we all love.
In fact, they've been my biggest supporters of turning our favorite tequila cocktails into low-calorie Margaritas!
How Many Calories are in a Skinny Pumpkin Margarita
This Skinny Pumpkin Margarita has 125 calories, 105 calories less than a traditional Pumpkin Spice Margarita, which contains 230 calories. Making this the ultimate low-calorie sipping experience!
Ingredients
To make this delicious cocktail, grab tequila, orange juice (to keep sugar low, opt for a light orange juice), sugar-free pumpkin syrup (Torani's sugar-free syrups are my favorite), pumpkin spice, and sparkling water (optional to top it off and make a taller drink).
How to Make a Skinny Pumpkin Margarita
- Prep the glass first so you can enjoy your margarita right after making it, if you enjoy a sugared rim.
- Shake all your ingredients (except sparkling water) in the cocktail shaker. It's time to pour when the sides are nice and frosted!
- Pour the cocktail into the glass, leaving room for a bubbly finish. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, zero-calorie sweetener, or dried orange slices for a festive touch!

Skinny Pumpkin Margarita

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces tequila
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 1 pump sugar-free pumpkin syrup
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Sparkling water (optional), to top off
- Calorie-free sweetener, optional for rimming
Instructions
Prep:
- If you enjoy a sugared glass, prep the rim of your glass by rubbing a lime wedge along the rim. Dip into your favorite calorie-free sweetener, and set aside.
Make the marg:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, orange juice, and pumpkin spice. Shake well until the sides are fully frosted.
Serve:
- Pour the skinny margarita into the prepared glass, top off with sparkling water, to make it a taller cocktail. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
