Healthier Skinny Cranberry Margarita
My favorite way to ring in the holiday season when I'm trying to keep sugar low is by sipping on something equally festive and delicious. With 142 calories (96 less than a Classic Margarita), this skinny cranberry margarita always saves the day!
Just like this epic Skinny Christmas Margarita recipe, this cocktail infuses the flavors you love from the season without the sugary overload. It's light, tart, and sweetened without any added sugars for a low-calorie festive sip!
Ingredients
For this cocktail, you'll need cranberry juice (be sure to use juice and not bottled concentrate), tequila, triple sec or Cointreau, lime juice (freshly squeezed is best), and sparkling water or Topo Chico to add height and a nice bubbly fizz.
How to Make a Skinny Cranberry Margarita
- Prep the glass first if you enjoy a sugared rim.
- Shake the ingredients in the cocktail shaker, except the sparkling water. It's ready to enjoy when the sides are frosted.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with lime wedges, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
