This frozen margarita is light, boozy, and ready in minutes. No fancy steps, just blend, pour, and sip with friends!

Summer Frozen Watermelon Margarita
You know when you buy a whole watermelon thinking you'll totally eat it all? Yeah… same. That's when it's time to grab the blender and turn it into frozen watermelon margaritas instead. Boozy it up, save the day-you're welcome.
They are fresh, fruity, and the color alone makes them party-worthy. The natural sweetness hits just right, or maybe it's the tequila; I'm not sure. Think similar to a frozen strawberry margarita without the kick of a spicy watermelon margarita.
How to make a Frozen Strawberry Margarita
You can freeze the watermelon into cubes ahead of time, or add it fresh with some ice cubes to a blender along with the other classic margarita must-haves, such as tequila, Cointreau, or triple sec, and a little lime. Blend until smooth and pour into your favorite frozen cocktail glasses.

How to Make a Single-Serve Frozen Watermelon Margarita
Want to try one first before making an entire pitcher? I've got you covered. You'll need ½ cup of watermelon, 1 ½ ounces of Tequila, 1 ounce of Triple Sec, 1 ounce of lime juice, ½ ounce of simple syrup, and a handful of ice. Blend and enjoy!
Garnishes and Finishing Touches
Rim your glasses with sugar or salt, add a lime wedge for a little touch of class, and sip the heat away. If the temps are high, pour this cocktail into an insulated cup to keep the chill inside.
What to Serve with a Frozen Watermelon Marg
For the ultimate summer fiesta, I like to pair frozen watermelon margaritas with my Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas with a side of my Fresh Pineapple Salsa. Juicy, flavorful, and when paired with these frozen margs, it is summertime heaven!
