If you enjoy a salted glass, prep the rim of your glass by rubbing a lime wedge along the rim. Dip in tequila salt, and set aside.
Make the marg:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, triple sec or Cointreau, lime juice, and sugar-free cocktail syrup. Shake until the sides are fully frosted.
Serve:
Pour shaken mixture into prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
Notes
Make it a pitcher that serves 8 by combining 1 ½ cups tequila, 1 ¼ cups Cointreau or Triple Sec, 1 cup lime juice (about 6-8 limes), and 1 cup of sugar free cocktail syrup. I give it a stir and refrigerate it for one hour. Serve over fresh ice and garnish with lime wedges.
