Instructions
Prep:
If you enjoy a sugared glass, prep the rim of your glass by rubbing a lime wedge along the rim. Dip in cinnamon sugar, and set aside.
Make the marg:
Add the pomegranate juice, triple sec or Cointreau, lime juice, and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until the sides are fully frosted.
Serve:
Fill your prepared glass with ice. Strain the shaken mixture directly into the glass. Top off with sparkling water to the rim.
Garish with rosemary sprigs and cranberries. Enjoy!
Notes
Make it a pitcher, yielding 8 servings, by adding 1 ½ cups of pomegranate juice, 1 cup of tequila, ½ cup Cointreau or triple sec, and ¼ cup lime juice into a pitcher. Add a handful of ice and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour about ⅓ cup of the pre-mixed cocktail over ice and top with sparkling water or Topo Chico.
