Hi, I'm Laura-Certified Nutrition Coach, 5x cookbook author, former bartender, and current drink-shaker-in-chief here at TequilaO'Clock.

I put myself through grad school bartending in New Orleans (yes, that kind of bartending), where I learned how to make margaritas that hit every time and how to shake with confidence-even under pressure.

I've been sharing recipes online since 2010 across several websites-but this little corner of the internet is all about what we're sipping when the work is done, the sun is out, or the blender is calling your name.

This is happy hour, simplified.
